• If the client cancels within 48 hours of payment and no work has started, a partial refund may be granted.
• No refunds will be issued once any part of the work has been delivered or a milestone has been approved.
• All advance payments are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by 24HubTech.

3. Monthly Services

Monthly-based services like SEO or maintenance are non-refundable. Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

4. Cancellation by 24HubTech

If 24HubTech is unable to begin or continue a project due to internal issues (like unavailability of resources), the client will receive a full refund within 7 working days.

5. Dispute Resolution

For any refund or billing-related concerns, please contact us at support@24hubtech.in. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly within 10 business days.
